Email is the best way to contact me as I’m often unable to answer the phone when I’m with clients. Drop me an email to arrange a consultation session where you will have the opportunity to find out a bit more about how I work, what to expect from our sessions, and we can work out together if my style of therapy is the right approach for you.

Sending that first email or making that first call can cause all sorts of anxiety and fear. That is completely normal. Remember, it’s a brave move you’re making and a positive step forward towards change.
