Online Counselling

a convenient option

Our online counselling sessions will use the secure Zoom platform and allow you to embark on your counselling journey from the comfort of your own home. Additionally, working online saves you time as there is no travelling to a venue, you simply get comfy at home and all it takes is the click of a link for us to be together.

There is no need to worry if you are not too familiar with Zoom, as I will support and guide you through the very simple process of setting up and we will always have a back up plan if we are faced with any technical difficulties.

If you are unsure about how online counselling might feel like, there is the option for us to have a 30 minute introductory call together, where you can try out Zoom and experience what it is like for us to work together in this format.

Having trained as a certified online counsellor, training that is accredited by the National Counselling Society, you can feel safe that I approach this way of working thoughtfully and ethically.
